Abstract
This chapter comprises selected short and extended abstracts of invited talks and discussion panels that took place at the 2023 Annual International Conference on Brain-Inspired Cognitive Architectures for Artificial Intelligence, also known as the 14th Annual Meeting of the BICA Society (BICA*AI 2023), held in Ningbo, China during October 13–15, 2023. Abstracts included here were not accompanied by papers in this volume.
