N2 - The authors regret the fact that a typographical error affected a p-value, which was mentioned in the manuscript. Specifically, in Section “3.7. Subgroup and sensitivity analyses” The original manuscript states: “The effect size decreased to a marginal extent for PA (g=0.37), but bordered now on significance, (p=0.007)”.
