This report on Dutch projects in afghanisatan between 2002 and 2010, in the sectors of culture, education and media, is one in a series of expert meetings and consultations on the role of cultural interventions in postconflict and post disaster situations, organized by the netherlands National Commission for Unesco, under supervision of Susan Legêne.
