Abstract

De Pensioenwet bepaalt dat bij pensioenfondsen de opbouw van pensioenrechten voor deelnemers niet afhankelijk is van premiebetaling. In dit artikel wordt het standpunt verdedigd dat dit ook geldt voor onvoorwaardelijk overeengekomen indexaties voor deelnemers.
