Abstract

This chapter deals with the freedom of establishment pertaining to associations, cooperatives and mutual societies, their ability to engage in a cross border merger, demerger or conversion with the EEA based on the freedom of establishment (art. 49 taken with art. 54 TFEU) and the (content of the) documentation and procedure that is required to realise such transaction.
