Op 7 juli 2015 heeft de Eerste Kamer ingestemd met het wetvoorstel ter implementatie van de herziene Procedurerichtlijn. Centraal in dit tweede blog in onze reeks over de Procedure richtlijn staan de nieuwe regels over het recht van asielzoekers om tijdens de asielprocedure in Nederland te verblijven.
