Abstract

Blog, discussing a collection of Indonesian poetry by nine Indonesian poets, published in 1979 in Dutch translation by Meulenhof and Poetry International. The blog links the collection and some specific poems to the famous poem by Lucebert, 'Love letter to our tortured bride Indonesia', published in protest against Dutch military aggression in Indonesia in 1948. The link is relevant because Luceberts drawings illustrate the 1979 publication.
