Abstract
The Quality of Life of the Aruban Youth is a national research project commissioned by the Minister of Education and Sport and the Minister of Justice and Social Affairs from the Wever-Croes II cabinet. The objective of this follow up research project aligns with the coalition agreement of the Aruban government, which is based on the five P’s derived from 17 UN SDG’s in particular SDG3&4, to enhance the quality of life and well-being of future generations in Aruba.This follow-up study aims to provide a comprehensive picture and insight into the quality of life of the Aruban youth between 10-14 years during and after the pandemic. The objective is to implement the findings in future evidence-based policies to ensure a healthy, sustainable development for youth empowerment.
