1) work related to three classical approaches within legal philosophy: legal positivism, natural law theory and legal pragmatism;
2) work related to debates regarding the moral-legal foundations of society in late modernity;
3) work done on democracy and the rule of law in the globalized twenty-first century;
4) work related to legal argumentation and judicial decision-making; and
5) work in the field of legal methodology and legal ethics.
