Abstract
An ex post evaluation of a land-reallotment plan carried out in the Netherlands during the 1960s and 1970s is presented. Given the wide range of effects taken into consideration, a multicriteria approach is adopted. Special attention is paid to multicriteria methods dealing with qualitative priorities and plan impacts. Outcomes for methods using qualitative and quantitative data are compared. -Authors
