Abstract
Given the fact that organs are always custom-built, making organ music challenges all kinds of general and professional beliefs about what making music actually is, and hence the ontology of music as well. This text meets those challenges by introducing the notion of situationality: music exists only when its sounds, i.e. only within a given situation, i.e. identifiable by specific time and space coordinates.
