Abstract
In deze bijdrage wordt aandacht besteed aan het nieuwe Belgische internationaal privaatrecht inzake rechtspersonen dar per 1 mei 2019 in werking is getreden. In het kort wordt ook de per deze datum ingevoerde regeling van grensoverschrijdende omzetting van vennootschappen en rechtspersonen besproken.
