The article is about the exemption policy regarding the mandatory 'large company regime' (Dutch: strcutuurregime). The authority is vested in the Ministry of Justice and security. This is an inventory of the valid reasons for bespoke exemptions of mandatory provisions regarding the special regime for large companies in the Netherlands
