Abstract
Although the number of flex workers has increased to more than 2 million, the pension accrual of this type of workers did not receive a lot of attention. However, there seems to be a significant difference between the pension accrual of employees and the pension accrual of flex workers. In this article, we analyse the legislation related to pension accrual by flex workers
