“Our program manager is a woman for the first time”: perceptions of health managers on what workplace policies and practices exist to advance women’s career progression in the health sector in Kenya

This paper is part of a larger study in Kenya and India conducted by a consortium comprising of African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC), Global Health 50/50 (GH5050), and the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW).
