Abstract
In this book the expertise and practice of a special unity for people with severe brain injury who live as residents in a long-term care facility are described. Four targets support this practice: physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being. These are focussed on vitality, agency, community and meaning in life. Many tips,
handy instructions and nice observations and one case-study are given.
