Abstract

Money laundering is a large societal problem. Anti-money laundering is arguably ineffective and knows many challenges. In this position paper we highlight prerequisites for comparable model-based anti-money laundering, indicate whether these are met, and make recommendations on how to further this field in both a fundamental as well as an experimental manner.
