Abstract
Op 1 augustus 2019 werd het Uitkeringsreglement Stichting Individuele Tegemoetkoming Slachtoffers WOII Transporten NS gepubliceerd. In hoeverre beantwoordt deze regeling aan basale uitgangspunten van 'transitional justice', met betrekking tot waarheid, gerechtigheid en reparatie? Die vraag staat in deze bijdrage centraal, waarbij de auteur ook betrekt hoe deze kwestie in Frankrijk is opgelost.
