abstract = "This study explores the dynamics of employee cybersecurity decision-making as a response to the rise in politically motivated cyber attacks by hacktivists via Telegram. An adaptive network-oriented modelling approach is used to simulate human and AI-assisted responses to these threats, incorporating both internal factors and external influences. What-If analysis, specifically evaluating conditions that influence the timeliness and effectiveness of fixing the damage that was done. Results demonstrate that the AI-coach improves early-stage responses and reduces risk, particularly in the critical phase of damage fixing. The findings highlight the potential of adaptive network models and AI support tools in enhancing cybersecurity resilience in high-stress environments. Limitations are discussed and future research directions, such as gathering empirical field data, are suggested.",
