Abstract
Ideological extremism poses a great challenge to highly diversified Dutch society. In the context of Islamic radicalization, hate narative plays a prominent role in legitimization of violence and martydom, while in the context of right wing extremism it facilitates systematic harassment of non-Western and religious out-group. Mutual perception of threat underlies a wide diapason of negative feelings, such as contempt, envy, disquest, and, even, outright hatred among those 'competing' groups.
