    Marianne Moyaert is a Professor at the Vrije universiteit Amsterdam (Vu Amsterdam), where she holds the Chair in Comparative Theology and the Hermeneutics of Interreligious Dialogue. She has authored In Response to the Religious Other: Ricoeur and the Fragility of Interreligious Encounters (2014) and edited (with Joris Geldhof) Interreligious Dialogue and Ritual Participation: Boundaries, Transgressions and Innovations (2015). Her research focuses on the hermeneutical, ethical, and theological presuppositions of interreligious dialogue. She holds a research grant from The netherlands organisation for Scientific research (nWo).
