Abstract

Zelfs als aan alle voorschriften voor het ontwikkelen en op de markt brengen van high-risk AI systemen is voldaan, kunnen ze tot uitkomsten komen die discriminatoir of anderszins onjuist of onrechtmatig zijn. De AI Verordening zet in op een human-in-the-loop als veiligheidsventiel. Maar is dat wel reëel?
