Dit artikel bespreekt de vraag of een pensioenregeling voor ex-werknemers kan worden gewijzigd. Het bespreekt het begrip uitgewerkte rechtsverhouding. Gepleit wordt om artikel 20 Pensioenwet te schrappen.
