Abstract
De vraag die in deze rechtspraakrubriek centraal staat is dan ook of de Hoge Raad met zijn jurisprudentie met betrekking tot het enkele verwerven en voorhanden hebben van voorwerpen uit eigen grondfeit voldoet aan richtlijnconforme interpretatie van richtlijn 2005/60/EG.
